In this reflective and experiential session, participants will examine how personal histories, identities, and experiences influence their work with children, families, and colleagues. Through guided reflection, discussion, and creative activities, participants will explore the concept of the “invisible backpack” and strengthen their capacity for reflective, self-aware practice.
