Course Overview
Building strong early childhood systems requires coordinated, family-centered approaches that integrate services across sectors. This session introduces a new systems-building resource being developed by the Early Childhood Developmental Health Systems: Evidence to Impact Center. Presenters will describe innovative strategies that support comprehensive, sustainable early childhood systems and highlight resources, measures, examples from states and communities, and the factors that made these efforts work. The presentation explores how the strategies outlined in the resource can help communities strengthen coordination, improve developmental health outcomes, and build locally responsive systems that support children and families.
Presenters: Dawn Stehle, DrPH, MPS, Hannah Johnson & Maggie Clark, MJ, ZERO TO THREE; and Lance Till, MS, James Bell Associates
